This information is collected when you create an account, engage with courses, submit support tickets, or use the platform.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal/compliance purposes (e.g., CPD audits). Inactive or cancelled accounts' data may be retained for 7 years (aligned with CPD cycles) before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
